It provides mobile, internet, and enterprise solutions across Egypt, and is recognized as a pioneer in introducing mobile wallet services to the Egyptian market.

Achievements:

During my decade-long tenure at Vodafone, I advanced across several roles, but my most impactful contribution was being part of the Vodafone Cash innovation journey, Egypt’s first mobile wallet. From its launch until 2020, I played a vital role in testing, rollout, and adoption phases. As a UAT Specialist, I ensured smooth service launches by conducting rigorous system testing, validating user experience, and resolving technical issues before release. Later, as a Senior Customer Service professional, I bridged the gap between technical deployment and end-user adoption by supporting marketing campaigns, educating customers, and promoting service awareness.

By aligning customer support with digital marketing initiatives, I contributed to Vodafone Cash scaling into Egypt’s #1 mobile wallet, driving financial inclusion and enabling millions of customers to embrace digital payments. Beyond Vodafone Cash, I also delivered value as a universal agent supporting HR, technical, and operational teams, gaining multi-functional exposure and leadership experience.
